Online Store Orders

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 1 week before pickup: 50% refund (25% administration fee applies)
  • Cancellations within 1 week pickup: No refund (100% of payment forfeited)

Order Modifications

  • Changes requested within 48 hours of pickup/delivery are subject to availability
  • Design modifications may incur additional fees based on:
    • Cake size
    • Complexity of requested changes
    • Required additional labor

  • All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit
  • Cancellations within 5 days of pickup/delivery: Full payment forfeited
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

Rescheduling

  • Date changes must be requested in writing
  • New dates are subject to availability

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality with every order. However:

  1. No refunds will be provided for:
    • Design preferences
    • Color variations
    • Decorative elements
  2.  Flavor quality concerns:
    • Must return the uneaten portion of the cake for assessment
    • Refunds are evaluated by our staff
    • No refunds for consumed products

All modification requests and refund evaluations are handled at management's discretion. We strive to accommodate all reasonable requests while maintaining our quality standards.
